Low quality fish and preparation, very limited menu. No tempura. Paid $11 per piece for chu toro but trust me, it was not chu toro. Almost all the rolls I ordered smelled fishy and the fish had little flavor. Salmon was not buttery like it should be. The sushi rice was also strange?
Not very hygienic in the way the chefs wipe their knifes. I also seen chef Jun wash and wring wiping towels with his glove on and did not replace glove after. Touching food with old gloves. Hope they can practice better hygiene.
This food was amazing! Very small quite place to grab a bite. Young man in the front was so nice and helpful. Everything we tried was amazing and fresh
Thoroughly enjoyed the sushi. I’d like to think I know good quality and it was phenomenal here. I appreciate that this is a different concept and original. The taste and freshness are excellent. One small note that I was not totally happy about - it would have been nice if I’d been notified when arriving that the restaurant was closing soon. Yes of course I could have checked too. So I felt a bit rushed. Just a small thing. Anyway it’s awesome and I’ll be back.
The nigiri in my experience was better than the roll Place is a little expensive for the limited menu Used to going to hando in houston and paying half the cost for more food. Everything was very good though would go back. New little Korean owned spot
