Yuanbao Jiaozi 元寶餃子

We had two kinds of dumplings and cucumber salad and tea. There was a short wait but it was nice out and we got to have more time to look at the menu during our wait. The fish, dumplings and the chicken dumplings were all pretty good. I felt like they both tasted pretty similar so there wasn't a whole lot of differentiation there. Cucumber salad was delicious. I would definitely come back and try the noodle soup and maybe another dumpling. We walked in around 4 pm on a Thursday afternoon. There was only one other couple seated so we were seated right away. We had the lamb and carrot dumpling (not in soup) and thought it was quite tasty. Strong, but not overpowering lamb flavors with veggies to add some texture contrasts.
