Terrible atención de la persona que atiende, nisiquiera saludo y cuando nos pasó los pitillos para el boba nos los tiro en el meson, no deberían permitir trabajar a una persona que no tiene nada de educación. Los helados no son tan buenos y los boba muy normales. Realmente nunca volveré y menos si esa mujer está ahí nuevamente .

To the girl with the long lashes and disrespectful attitude on Tuesday night. This is the third time that you have been beyond disrespectful to me and my kids I have give her the benefit of the doubt having a bad day but we go pretty often I work at the hospital and yes we go when they’re about one hour from closing but you still need to learn some manners. It’s is not that complicated to work at an ice cream shop, I have done it is your demeanor what is awful.

Didn't feel sanitary and the cashier was rude.

Super super lazy employees, very bad customer service, never want to refill toppings I ask for her name bacause her attitude and at first she said Marina and then she told me I can't give you my name because I'm under age and you have to respect that, but she doesn't have any maners or any courtesy with customers at all on top of everything you can't report this young lady anywhere there's no website available, corporate phone number or even a manager nothing. Please if you don't want to ruin your day do not stop by this place.

Staff is super lazy!! This place is very overly priced and the employees don't have good manners or good behavior. Didn't want to refill toppings and said they were out of toppings when we saw them place them. Her name I belive is Marianna.

Bought some ice cream for my kids and myself. The girl behind the cash register was nice but then we went to the icecream area to get the cones this teen with a cast on her foot came out and was so rude slamming everything on her way and cussing "under her breath" and gave us the wrong flavors, when we asked her about it she rolled her eyes at us and ignored us. She obviously didnt want to be there and we werent the only ones who where mistreated by this child. We sat down to eat our treat and the froyo was disgusting it tasted like soap or some kind of chemical, super gross. We went to explain the issue and were told they refunded us but didnt get any receipt about it. We decided to just call it a loss and walked away but then the angered teen came out and threw a clock on the counter and broke it infront of several customers. So i grabbed my little children and left. 3 minutes later the place was closed. Would not recommend this place at all!!! the frozen yogurt is gross and service beyond horrible.

Staff is super lazy! Don’t want to help customers. Didn’t want to refill missing toppings! Told us they where all out after just watching them place in the back room.
