Your Pie

Bhavana was super rude in making my pizza. What is the purpose of `make your PIZZA' when the server says she doesn't have time to customize for you so just order all your toppings in one go and won't do half and half pizza. She ruined our lunch date. Not going back here the staff is not friendly

If you want tasty but healthy pizza, this is the place to go.

My husband went into the restaurant to get pizza and ordered 3 pizzas. When he was trying to tell the employee to put vegetables on the pizza, they were putting literally 2 pieces of each veggie on the pizza, so he had to ask them multiple times to put more veggies and yet they didn’t do it and then the manager came out and said that” more toppings are ruining the oven and so specifically asked the employee to not put more veggies on. When I saw the pizzas at home and literally could count on my fingers exactly 2 pieces each of broccoli, mushrooms, olives, onions, sundried tomato, spinach etc. I was really disappointed and disheartened at this picture. I asked my husband if he didn’t ask them to put more toppings as we have never had this problem with your pie before at any location and have always gotten plenty of toppings as we are vegetarian. However my husband told me this whole story and I was so upset that I had to call the manager and talk to them about this. When I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, the lady on the phone handed it to this person who then proceeded to tell me that the manager was not there. This was a complete lie because he had literally spoken to his employees in front of my husband 20 mins before this. So at a store where the manager himself outright lies to a customer on the phone , it just shows how much they do not care about customer service or listening to their customers or improving their business. Especially at a store where the manager is asking all his employees to intentionally put the least amount of toppings possible to save money. And then on top of that the kind of rudeness that continued on from this manager over the phone was just overwhelming and absolutely unbelievable. He didn’t care about listening to any of what I have to say, didn’t apologize, didn’t say that this wouldn’t happen again, absolutely nothing good, and on top of that started yelling at me that they made the pizza how my husband ordered it. When I told him I would be leaving this review, he said “ go right ahead, I don’t care”. So this is the kind of experience we had at this store. The absolute worst and we will never go back here and would tell anyone we meet to never go to this store.

I work remotely in Smyrna every day. I stopped here to work and eat lunch. I ordered a salad, a drink, and a pizza (combo). I requested that I use my own cup and I’m trying to be more environmentally friendly. Young lady rang up the order. I paid and sat down to work. 10 minutes later the OWNER comes up to me stating that I can’t use my own cup b/c I didn’t pay for it. I explained that I told the cashier my order and she rang it up accordingly. He pulls the receipt and stated that she rang me up wrong. I told him that’s not my problem and I’ll pay the difference. The cashier apologized to me after to owner yelled at her for taking the order wrong. The worst part is that I stopped by this store eat AND make arrangements for them cater a few events as I’m on couple of the boards for the local middle and high schools. Needless to say, I’ll be utilizing another company if the owner is rude and acts this way.

I have always liked this place but recently the management change has been terrible I used to always get sauce with no issue now it turned into an issue the staff gets upset and the boss has to come to tell me that sauce coat money now?? excause me i cant get sauce for an item i paid for ??? the manager/ owner is rude and its all because of sauce i really just wanted to leave without even getting the pizza. i have been coming to this place for over a year now and it has gotten so bad that i hate this managment and place i orderd a pizza and the lady put sauce on and assumed i would like to have mozarella which i never mentioned that the staff is rude and not helpful there is only a few young kids that are helpful in there the rest is not at all be aware when going there when me and my husband mentioned something about this matter the boss tried to defend himself and kept telling us even more story that have nothing to do with this like the prices go up, well i get that bit at-least say it in a polite way but nope instead he is trying to proof himself. i work in customer service and when a customer is unhappy you talk nice and try to fix this situation not trying to proof different and talk me down!!!! this was my last time at this location because other locations do not have this issue

My pizzas were burnt and oily. The crust had the texture and crunch as a wheat thin. The pizzas weren't edible.
