Ordered online. Went to pick up food but it's not ready because they said they did not receive our order. Showed them the receipt and they still did not want to prepare our food. Our bank was already charged but we did not get our food.

Always came here, love the food but this experience changed me, the chicken was tough as leather and when I asked the girl about it she shrugged me off and said that's how it is, with an attitude. Old dried up chicken and the worst customer service I ever seen!
