Yoshinoya Spring Valley

I went at 6:45pm on Friday the 23 and this asian girl with glasses took my order. When i got to the window, she looked at me and left: This other girl came and took my order AGAIN. The girl with glasses then came back, handed my food and just left. She didn't give any condiments at all. I had to wave to the cook to come help. It's always the teenagers who don't care about good service because they're getting paid either way. She was so rude, and talking on the phone on the clock?? Food didn't even taste right either. Never going there again.

If you need a fast lunch consider dropping by here and getting a beef bowl. It tastes very good.

Terrible Drive Thru Service! Younger lady with horrible attitude. This was my first time at Yoshinoya, and it was not a great impression. Food was undercooked. Staff is sitting around and talking in the customer area. Cashier snatches and shoves everything into my hand while cutting you off before every sentence. My wife was cut off multiple times during her questions. We were made to wait in the handicap parking for our food. HORRIBLE! Don't want to assume they're all like this, but so far, I'm not in a hurry to eat here. There's other great options around the same area!

After making your order and praying, the cashier asks you to move to a park and wait area. After 15 minutes I began to think they had forgotten me. I had to call into the store to check on my order. It took another 8 minutes for them to bring out my food. Not returning any time soon.

How do you run out of chicken and beef. Also whoever is st the drive thru needs training I sat at the ordering screen for almost 10min and he never acknowledged me. But I could hear him talking about something his friend does. Personal conversation so I finally pulled up to the window and he asked what I wanted took my card then came back to the window and asked me again what I wanted then said we are out of chicken and beef like W. T. F.

Great food keep changing menu but food is still excellent Vegetarian options: Veggies and white rice

Food not prepared with quality care

Ordered at drive thru and was asked to park for my combo bowl to be done and be brought out to me. I had no problem parking and waiting but after 10 minutes and seeing car after car go through drive thru and all have to park I decided to go inside. Once inside I saw the worker standing in front of bags of orders ready to be taken out. She grabbed a couple of bags making it apparent that she was doing to take them out to everyone’s car all at once. I asked for my order and it was one of the ones she had ready to take out. I left angry. Clearly could see around 5 workers yet they decide to wait for all the orders to be ready and take them all out at once. Instead of delivering them as they are ready.

I come to this place no less than twice week During the Pandemic it was by far my favorite Sadly this company as either been sold off or just completely given up ! I come here all the way from outside the area, some of the chain has closed. The food has gone from being excellent ribeye steak to Carne asada, the gravity of food has changed. But I've been the biggest fan of the chain,but this particular store is so disappointing, I've have never,not one time ever gotten good service. I swear every single time I've come here,ive been shorted atheist 1ideam, and always charged, even when I enter the store my order is never correct. Almost weekly I see different employees, I even see employees that seem to really try hard. But I received fried chicken cooked so hard and over done it chipped my tooth After having to reorder,because once again mistaken order. My only hopes in my review is that management would show some kind of concern, or interest in the quality of there products
