Love this place for over 30 years!

I have been coming here to this restaurant for years. My grandson always ordered the chicken on the side. Somehow tonight Dana states this can't be done? Says it's never been done like this. They can put vegetables and sauce on the side but never the chicken. NOT TRUE. what's the difference with what you put on the side?? CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This location is terribly cheap on the amount of food they serve.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Yoshinoya on Pico in Santa Monica. Unfortunately, I found hair in my food. When I contacted the shift manager for assistance, she refused to provide her name, the store manager’s name, or the district manager’s contact information. Despite being a loyal app reward member and offering my bank statement as proof of purchase, she insisted on having the original receipt. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to address the issue left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope Yoshinoya can improve its customer service and handle such incidents more effectively in the future.

Was pleasantly surprised ! Clean ,spacious ,staff friendly. Vegetarian options: Food was freshly made. It was hot, plenty of it. Parking: It's on a corner,so you can park in the lot,or curb parking.

Portion on food is bad. Crenshaw and 28th serve better Portion. Is someone taking home food illegally?

Some remodeling, entrance moved to side. Good new menu.
