Stupid front work need to learn how to bag the food
This location has trouble opening on time. 9:00 am is the posted time. It is now 9:15 still not open, taking up my lunch time not first time they do this
On January 17th I ordered two combo bowls, one with Tokyo chicken and teriyaki chicken the other with Tokyo chicken and beef. When I got home and opened my order it was a double teriyaki chicken plate and the other plate was teriyaki chicken with no sauce on it. When I called and spoke with manager Michael, he investigated and admitted that I was given wrong order. I requested a refund; I had no time to return and needed to leave for work shortly. He refused to refund. I advised him I would do a chargeback on card. His response was basically he didn't care and he hung up on me. Very rude and unacceptable. I did do a chargeback and that process is pending. I will also notify their corporate office about this location and manager.

I have ordered food a couple of times here using Uber. Every time I order, something is always missing. It's frustrating when you have missing items and won't get refunded back those missing items. On top of that, no utensils, napkins, and sauces were provided. This is the last time I ordering here.
