I have to say that Maria, does not know how to treat customers. She was very rude to me, and doesn't have good customer service....
I ordered an extra large Combo of double original beef which was delicious like always. I added a side of spicy soy beans. They were dried & shriveled inside. I also ordered a side of Tokyo fried chicken which was fried way to long. They were hard & dry. The vegetables were steamed good except all cabbage, 2 slices carrots & 1 tiny piece of broccoli.
Had the salmon with the udon noodles and the price was good, the quality was fair? I have prepared better & fresh Udon noodles & Salmon myself.
Their customer service is HORRIBLE! Every(3)time I've gone, I've had consistently rude people. The wait time at this particular location is the worse I've ever seen. If you go after 10:00 p.m. and get stuck in the Drive-Thru line you're going to be there for 25 to 30 minutes. Also, if this wasn't just a stop off the freeway that I needed to take, I wouldn't have stopped at this one, the food is never up to par with the Yoshinoya standard that I received it other locations.
