My husband frequently eats here for lunch. He told me we had to come as a family. The food is PHENOMENAL! Authentic Mexican food. The husband and wife who owe this place are so attentive to details. They really take pride in their business and it shows! I told my husband we have to go back! I had the best mole enchiladas! Definitely a 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ restaurant!

Authentic Mexican food, like abuelitas cooking. And the staff amazing. Parking: No worries there's parking for all. Wheelchair accessibility: Well leveled floor and easy access, no worries. The staff is so great they will help you in if any difficulty.

The worst! We ordered from here several times and order was always delayed , never on time and twice order was just cancelled ... save your time and money and try one of the other many Mexican places on the island that treat people and orders decently.

Horrible restaurant. They don’t have the logistical capability to churn out orders but they leave their door dash and uber eat order system up and running even though they can’t even handle what they already have. I understand wanting to make money, and I don’t fault them for that. However, their business needs to understand that you’re worse off leaving the ‘incoming orders’ option online when you are already overwhelmed with other orders. A business is supposed to know when to shut off new incoming orders. You don’t just take 50+ orders at once when you have a staff of 5. As such they will cancel orders regularly. Because they feel like abusing the delivery drivers who pickup from there. Insisting that drivers cancel trips that they’ve already agreed to make, and then when they get there, if you have two orders and only one is ready, the crack management team at this joke of a restaurant will insist that you cancel the other delivery trip in order to satisfy the customer with a completed order. Essentially screwing over whomever ordered the second order. They have no clue what they’re doing and they try and manipulate delivery services in order to abuse the system so that it benefits them and not the drivers or the customers. You abuse the delivery system at the expense of both the customers and the delivery drivers. Asking delivery drivers to intentionally cancel orders that you took just because you don’t know how to manage the expectations of your customers regarding delivery times is unprofessional. Drivers lose opportunities when they cancel orders. Drivers get less trips when they do so. How about next time, either don’t leave your incoming order system on when you cannot handle the demand. OR How about when a customer places and order and then calls asking where it is, try actually managing their expectations and telling them that there will be a wait time because you’re busy. It’s ridiculous that you people don’t comprehend how a 3rd party delivery business model actually works. You expect UberEats and DoorDash drivers who accept two pickups at your restaurant to cancel one order, thus screwing over another customer, and the driver, just because you can’t manage an unruly customer or logistically handle all of the orders you’re accepting. You also seem to think that delivery drivers are able to decide, when given two orders to be picked up at the same location, to deliver one and then come back for the other. Sadly that is not the way the system works. The system only reveals the address of the customer when both orders are fulfilled. Perhaps you should try using the driver app on a delivery platform so you can get a firm grasp on how the system works, instead of asking delivery drivers to basically screw over their own ratings because you are ignorant enough to think that a 3rd party delivery system is your own personal driver pool. As far as keeping the food. Guess what genius, there is literally zero way for a driver to deliver an order once it’s been cancelled because THE ADDRESS DOESNT GET SHOWN UNTIL BOTH ORDERS ARE CONFIRMED. Had you provided me with the address I would have made the delivery but you refused because you were bitter. You don’t know anything and you don’t care who you screw over, either your customers, or their delivery driver, because of your own ignorance of how a 3rd party delivery platform works and your inability to understand one of the basic rules of customer service. Managing expectations. By the way, Uber paid me for both orders and your restaurant is going to be investigated for manipulating the ordering system. Also, please feel free to call UberEats, they will explain to you that once an order is cancelled a driver is not provided with a delivery address. They also have a detailed account of what you tried to do because I already told them and they have ensured me that they will have a representative investigate this situation as to prevent you from abusing the system any further. Check their 1 star reviews on Yelp. This place does this a lot.

Placed an Uber eats call. Included VERY simple instructions for the restaurant to follow. Decided to call to be sure my order was prepared correctly. Upon calling the listed number I was greeted by a VERY non-friendly & difficult woman that was not even on-site at the restaurant. Too bad bc the food here is not bad but the service everytime I have gone or ordered is absolutely terrible.
