Yolanda's Tamales Factory

We had food from their truck at the Airshow and it was truly awful. The meat on my hubby’s burrito was so overcooked it was like trying to eat jerky. And the cheese in my tamale was cooked so much it was like trying to eat rubber! And I paid almost $20 for a single tamale plate!! Very disappointing, we will not be back. Overpriced and not good.

Yummy tacos and tamales! Can't go wrong with either one, always fresh and very tasty.

Tamales are good, but too much masa. Increase the filling and decrease the masa content. Prices too high for the quality.
