Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea

I had a horrible experience today. I ordered two drinks for me and my daughter and never even got them. The employee working messed up our drinks not once but twice, and called me rude for pointing out his mistake. He never apologized and didn’t offer to correct his mistake- he only refunded us and told us to leave. This process took 20+ minutes and my daughter was so disappointed. We will not be coming back here ever again!

My family orders 4 or 5 mango fruit teas from them almost every other day either through Uber or in person. A few days ago we ordered 4 mango fruit teas and started drinking them at home. However one of them didn’t have sugar in them. Before this the taste has always been great. I try the other three and they’re perfectly good. So I call them and let them know of the the fruit teas don’t have sugar in them. However the lady keeps denying that she and her coworkers added sugar in all of them. Like I said I tasted the other ones and mine didn’t taste the same. After her denying multiple times she said she will let her manager know to call me and takes my phone number. It’s been 2 weeks now and no one has called me so far. Not great service considering I buy regularly and know when the taste doesn’t seem right. I added sugar in myself at home and the taste became perfectly fine. Edit: did your staff contact you at all about my complain prior to this? Is there any way you can contact me. I don’t know if it was exactly 2 weeks ago but I know it’s around the last two weeks of January

I wasn't going to write this review but what I seen kept bothering me. I was at YiFang Mahogany a couple mths ago, I was standing in line when I noticed (which later I found out it was the owner, and a very new girl working). It was steady/busy I understood she was training, but when I heard the new girl ask the owner a question to be sure she was making a drink right. The Owner got upset with this girl, saying they do not train multiple days that she was already trained on this drink last wk. I'm Sorry since when was it wrong to ask a question to make sure your customer will be happy?!? I went in a few days later and talked to a different employee, they informed me they only do 2-4 hr training for the whole week and yes no other training. I will not be supporting this bubble tea place I would rather drive else where than see an owner get so upset with a new person asking a question.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Pricey and taste really watery and honestly I will not go back as we have been there 2 times and both times the tea was just not worth it. Updating this as the owner or staff member replied: DATE NOV 10, 2023. To the person who replied: Doesnt matter the date, and if you cant find me on a camera lol, your product was still gross and clearly your customer service is too.
