Usually I try to stay positive even with unpleasant experiences, but this is possibly the worst bubble tea my friends and I have ever had. The drinks were watery and warm with barely any ice in it, and chunks of fruit thrown in that really threw off the whole thing. The boba was its own category of awful; not fresh and possibly days old judging by the texture. They were grey, soggy, and mushy and basically deteriorated in your mouth. On top of that, the drinks were small and cost $8-$10. So if you’re looking to try a new place for boba, I’d suggest skipping this one. It was a great disappointment to say the least.
The abundance of choices was overwhelming, and the workers seemed more focused on getting orders than offering assistance. Additionally, the prices appeared to be higher compared to other boba drink establishments.
Definitely one of the worst bubble teas I've had, I got their fresh taro sago milk and it was anything but fresh. Had to throw the whole thing away because it was so mushy and sweet and BLEGH. Service was also super slow and underwhelming.
The bubble teas were great. We got the strawberry tea and brown sugar earl grey tea. My husband broke his cup when he tried to put the straw in and the staff were kind enough to make him a new one too!
Got 2 boba here yesterday for close to $20 and it was the most disgusting and unappetizing swill imaginable. The tea was mostly water and the boba pearls were soggy. The service was abysmal and the 2 teenage girls working at the shop barely knew what they were doing.
I got milk foam mountain tea and pancake. It was very yummy and refreshing. I will add pearl to my drink next time. Staff is friendly and polite. Definitely will be back here again.
