Hands down my favorite pizza place in Columbus! They have unique, creative, and fun specialty and seasonal pizzas which make you want to come back for more. In additional to the seasonal, they have a large variety and range of every day items as well. Vegetarian and Vegan friendly. All the ingredients are fresh which makes it all the better. Both the NY and Chicago Style pizzas are amazing. We’ve tried the tots, salads, and appetizers; nothing disappoints! Recently have become OBSESSED with the calzones. They are truly masters of flavor! YBP also has a wide variety of beers and mixed drinks as well. This is no Little Caesar’s, so you won’t be paying $6 for a pizza. YBP is worth every penny using local and fresh ingredients. The vibes are laid back and chill. Plenty of indoor seating along with some patio space as well. Very accessible for everyone and space to move around. Single stall bathrooms make it convenient for anyone. Always very clean, both bathrooms and the restaurant. There’s a little window you can watch them make the pizza which my daughter enjoys each time. Location is great as it is super close to downtown making it very convenient to dine here before/after conferences, hockey, baseball, soccer, festivals, fairs, and more. It’s also located in Franklinton, making it close to COSI and the Arts! Parking is super easy and on the street. Staff is always very attentive, friendly, and fun. We always have a great experience here and love everything we’ve tried! Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian and vegan options Dietary restrictions: Very open to various dietary restrictions Parking: Lots of parking on the streets around the building Kid-friendliness: Very laid back, booster seats and high chairs available Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible as it is on the first floor and provides wide space to move a wheelchair through.
I picked up from here for a delivery order; arrived and was told that the order was almost done as soon as I got there. Waited 15 minutes and they said the same thing again. Another 15 minutes later, it was done and they thanked me for waiting for so long. Why didn't they just say they hadn't started it yet upon me getting there? Wasted a ton of my time. Seemed like nice people and the inside of the restaurant seemed fun but this was a mind numbing experience that makes me not want to return here.
2 hours for a 10" pizza. 2 hours in the booth AFTER ordering it. It's profoundly average and it's mystifying how it's open.
Good pizza - recommend the Chicago style deep dish. Liked their garlic hummus dip too- would be nice to have a few more veggies or bread to dip.
I ordered a cheesy bread and meatballs, a pretty simple order. Said it would be ready in 60 minutes for pick up. Not a problem, I get there to pick up my delivery in 60 minutes; a queue of people waiting in the front, no one helping, couldn't flag anyone down anyone to save my life. After waiting an additional 25 minutes in the lobby, I had to step in front of the server and have her ask about my order. She says, "It'll be down in 20 minutes". I asked them to cancel the order, I waited 60 minutes for pick up, waited an additional 25 minutes in the lobby, and then you tell me my order wont be finished for another 20 minutes?? NO, unacceptable. She brings over the smuggest looking floor manager wearing an terrible sweater two sizes too small and in the smuggest manner, "sorry, we cant do anything about that" "yeah sorry were not giving you a refund nor will we cancel your order" If I could give this place a negative star I would. I will never be a patron of this restaurant and I will tell anyone I know, whether friends or corporate party planners that I know to never give this place business. Can't wait to see the "For Rent" sign in the front window.
Went yesterday around 5. Then it got busy appetizers were good. Twice baked wings are amazzzzing. Cheesy bread was good. Had to wait over 40mins for my husbands deepdish pizza. That was a tad annoying but food was good
This is my favorite pizza place in Columbus. That deep dish pizza is exactly what you would experience in Chicago without being there. Also I loved their wings which I got try on restaurant week. I highly encourage you to go. Also they are vegan friendly as well. Vegetarian options: The vegan pepperoni was amazing. Dietary restrictions: Vegan options are available. Parking: Parking right beside the building.
Mediocre and generic. Seriously, just make it yourself.
