honestly, the best chai I've ever had. the sweetest people. warm environment, very relaxed. this place is a wonderful little gem.

If you want to taste authentic Rwandan coffee, go no further than Yego Coffee. The owner brings the beans from his family farms in Rwanda and roasts the beans en premise and brews them for you in multiple roast intensities. I tried their light roast brewed pour over and it was one of the best cups I’ve had in quite some time. Yego Coffee is an ideal place for drinking exceptional coffee and chat with a friend, or a date, or a work from coffeeshop, or simply enjoying your cup of coffee and indulging in the experience! The barista is super kind and super attentive to details. Parking: I went there on a weekend and parked across the coffeeshop, and there were plenty of spots available. I’ve not been there on a week day.

I live in Arlington and this coffee shop is my favorite in the immediate area. Every coffee is crafted patiently and with care and done extremely well. Espresso drinks are fantastic and if you want an iced vanilla latte, they have my favorite one that I’ve ever had. Truly a 1 of 1 place and worth the stop

I had a truly excellent pour over on Easter morning. The vibe is welcoming and quiet - nice to see decent traffic coming in and out of this place. Walked out with some of the anaerobic process beans. I will be back.

Francois and Fatuma have become wonderful friends through our coffee experience. I met Francois in Seattle many years ago at a coffee specialty conference. Yego has just celebrated its first year in Teele Square, Somerville, MA. The Cortado by Fatuma is my favorite! The coffee comes from southwest Rwanda! It’s so great that Francois has direct relationships with farmers and roasts his coffee as well. I also have a coffeebar and sell his awesome coffee.
