Terrible customer service and food quality consistency will ultimately kill this business. I doubt it last a year. Damn shame the black community can't have great customer service. Don't wait for Keith Lee to tell you do yourself a favor. DONT GO HERE. SEARCH FOR ANOTHER SEAFOOD PLACE. I wish I was able to give no stars or negative stars.
Food was good, but I feel that when you order the Shrimp Feast, the sides should match the quantity of shrimp you get. My shrimp feast had a regular order of fries and sweet potato puffs.
The wings weren't winging that taste was horrible and tasted like pure hot sauce. Parking: Food quality was nasty. The hot wing was not good at all.
FYI the young lady that answers your phones is likey losing you A LOT of money. I decided not to order quite a bit food bc she hung up in my face when I tried to ask about large orders. Why do you have a phone number if people can't call to ASK HOW TO PROPERLY ORDER - I will never spend a dime with this place, I hope nobody else does. Just bc you're establishment is located in the "hood" is NO EXCUSE for poor, rude, customer service. Likely a relative bc I would NEVER allow that type of behavior on the phones. It may be fiscally responsible to replace her or put her somewhere AWAY from customers. That's a tip for free.
I ordered delivery, this was my first time eating here. I got the po boy and I was okay. I didn't like I had to peel the tail off the shrimp. Also was feeling the honey mustard. The hush puppies were good and the lemon pound was good. I won't get the po boy again but will try something else on the menu.
I ordered online and was missing a side. The wings are so small, but the food taste was good.
Just doesn't taste the same. It was just ok.
