Thrilled to share my 5-star experience at this breakfast haven! The delicious Omelette and scrambled egg was a taste sensation, and the kaleh pacheh was genuinely the best I've savored in the past 20 years in the Bay Area. Each bite felt like a culinary journey, and the variety of flavors was outstanding. The friendly staff made the breakfast even more enjoyable.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. We placed a to go order for 7 koobideh's (ground beef kabobs) and 2 joojeh's (chicken kabobs). These were full orders which come with rice and tomatoes. We also ordered 2 yogurt appetizers (mast-o-mooseers). Once we got home and took everything out, we realized that they didn't provide the tomatoes nor the 2 appetizers. That was not even bad, compared to the fact that once we all started eating our food, we realized that the food was NOT COOKED! It was NOT COOKED! I made multiple attempts to call and demand a full refund, but the owner continually relayed the message back to me that he was willing to give me half off the order, if I re-ordered the same thing. What kind of business is this?? What kind of business owner would handle this situation this way?? The WORST customer service EVER! Terrible! Horrible! Disgusting! I am thoroughly disappointed with the service, food, ambience everything… Least I expected some warmth. Price is over the roof…

Came here looking for some good Persian food but I wasn't blown away. I wasn't too hungry coming here so I only ordered a Shiraz I salad and a chicken koobideh skewer. The salad was average and the chicken koobideh was very greasy. The complimentary bread came and was cold..not even room temperature. So we requested for them to warm it up and they did. It came with butter, basil, feta cheese and onions. The rice in the plate was nice and the chicken kabob my husband had he said was an 8/10. They only have bottled water and by bottled, it's just a generic plastic water bottle. Would be nice if they got some kind of filter to just serve you a free glass of water or just give from the tap. The restaurant is nice inside and not too big and parking wasn't too bad to find on a weekend.

My favorite Persian restaurant for 20 years & going! Their food is consistently delicious, for both dine-in & takeout. You can cut their meat - esp. the chicken breast - with a fork it is so tender! They also make the best falafels. I highly recommend Yas restaurant.
