Great service, food and bit pricey for what it is

I had the unfortunate experience at Pasadena Yard House. I went in to get $100 gift card. I was greeted and told takeout person was only one to help me. I waited for 20 minutes watching people get seated. Alas, takeout person appeared. She was told by colleague I had been waiting for gift card and stated can you help her. She looked at me, told him he needed to help her first, then ignored me and did paperwork, further ignoring me. Not once did she address me. I left without gift card and wondered if I were a different race would she have treated me different. This couldn't have been an easier transaction. THIS WAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ok just had some lunch here and boi oh boi I thought I was in a five star establishment. Post pandemic it hard to feel that customer service and serving has become almost a lost art however they did not mess around when it came to service. I finished my fancy Shirley Temple and by the time my ice hit the bottom of the glass another one was right next to me Food brought out in a timely manner, although it wasn’t busy And when we were done empty plates whisked away… It felt like they weren’t even there. And to me that’s how it should be effortless dining Kudos to you Yard house yall might make it another ten years

I'm not a fan of sports, and it's usually really loud inside, but the Poke Nachos keep me coming back!

Always a great time at yard house. That selection of beers is absolutely tremendous. They’ll switch TVs to any game you want and before that beer is close to empty they’ve offered a few suggestions for next up. Love it!
