Considering how busy they were, we really didn't wait too long this year!

if u like overcooked dark burnt shrimp … u’ll enjoy this place … the chefs simply refuse to even acknowledge the charcoal blacken shrimp toast … but they did admit to using dirty oil to deep-fry

The service is pretty fast, but the food is ok. Not much in the way of vegetarian and the grumpy server was not very knowledgeable as to what constituted vegetarian. Luckily for my group (but not me) the slippery shrimp is one of the signature dishes and everyone agreed it was very good. Tables are really close together and no outdoor seating so it's a COVID collector. At least some of the wait staff were wearing masks. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there, but it's passable if I was with a group. Vegetarian options: Not labeled very well and I don't think they know what vegetarian is.

This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the foothills. Mongolian beef is superb.
