Food was excellent and quick.
I don't know how this place got 4.1 stars. Our experience was not so great. Had to ask the waiter 4 times for glasses for beers. The food was just ok. The prices were ok. I got a to go order, I only got chicken, rice and veggies!!! I've never ordered from Kobe's and not get everything that was offered. No noodles, no soup, no salad, it just sucked! And charged me fir a tip! We were all charged with a gratuity, there was 5 of us! I don't see how they can do that, usually it's 8 or more in a party. Only thing I can say is DON'T USE THE WOMENS BATHROOM! We will probably not be going back. Sorry to say.
Absolutely horrible experience. We waited over 1 hour for the chef after having a reservation, food was burnt, chef dropped egg shells in the rice and left it there. After the food was done being cooked we all observed roaches around the table, that’s when we left. Absolutely disgusting
Had a very nice meal the chef was very friendly the food was great the service was great I saw plenty of bad reviews on here before going so I was a little skeptical but me and my two children really enjoyed our meals and watching the chef cook it was actually cheaper than I thought it was going to be and the food was really good compared to some of the reviews that say that it isn't good I don't know if it's just a hit or miss situation but I was completely satisfied
Horrible experience. The food was the worst. Chef had no personality and food was tasteless. Spoke to the “manager”. Did nothing. Never again. Poor food quality. Rude staff. Manager is clueless how to deal with unsatisfied guests. Good riddance Avoid this place. Not worth the wait or money anymore.
This is the my FAVORITE restaurant thus far. It is better than my top 3 restaurants in South Florida combined! The food is perfect in every single way. I don’t know what ingredients they use, but I feel I am transporting to another dimension while ingesting. The smells, atmosphere, and chefs all make it even better. The chefs each have an individual life story and twist to how they make the Hibachi which gives credence to the ambiance. The fried rice is the best thing I’ve ever taken. The noodles are better than all of the noodle speciality places combined. I hope to meet the owner one day. What a legend!
The meal was good but there is a tremendous amount of smoke. I left feeling like I could still smell it on my clothes. The hostess was wearing ripped jeans and a cut off T-shirt, not exactly what you want to see from a “Steakhouse”
