Went around 7pm at night on a Tuesday had the "big bowl ramen" and absolutely had one of the most flavorless ramen I have ever had in my life. AND it costed 33 dollars... Soup: Bland and tasteless Pork: weird flavor almost frozen Bamboo shoots: weird flavor, similar to frozen Chinese supermarket ones. Overall: Bowl seems like a mess thrown together randomly and with a boiling water based soup instead of the promised "eight hour broth", biggest regret is spending 33 dollars on this meal. It's disgusting
Highly recommend ramen, it was the first time for my mom and she loves it too! We had shishito paper, edamame, ramen and California rolls.
Friends and I visited for NYC Restaurant Week and we were completely unsatisfied. Do not recommend going. The fried chicken was cooked in old oil - barely had any flavor. The ramen was extremely salty and difficult to pass. The service wasn't great. We asked for a subsuition and they refused to accommodate any changes. All in all, it was disappointing and we didn't finish any of the food.
Nice atmosphere. Food was good and provides a fix if you looking for sushi or ramen,... I just didn't feel it was "transcending" or mind-blowing.
