Yama Japan express-Sushi & Hibachi

First time trying, excellent food. Huge portions! Got the steak and chicken hibachi, tastes just like the more expensive restaurants for half the price. Steak cooked prefectly, all nicely seasoned. Fried rice is right on the money. This will definitely be a weekly carryout for us.

So delicious I recommend the sushi platter it’s such amazing sushi and perfect to feed a group. The Yama fried rice with yum yum is also so delicious it tastes like hibachi. The fish has always tasted good

Fantastic sushi. Great quality of ingredients and wonderful presentation. I have not eaten in here yet but have done takeout a half dozen times.

The crew is wonderful!!! The sushi platter is our go to and they keep record of our order so it makes reorder a breeze everytime

Tried the vegetarian bento box with teriyaki sauce it was so good with lots of quantity. Such a worthy meal I had ever.

We discovered this place a few months ago and have since ordered 3 times. The hibachi is good, great substitute for when you want hibachi but don't want to go out. The main problem I have is I like my steak medium rare. Every single time I order I put medium rare but it comes out medium well at best, if not well done. The rice is pretty good, the veggies are steamed though, which is disappointing as I wish they would be done on the hibachi as well. Pretty good place to grab some take out, but don't expect everything to be prefect.

Yama Japan has a huge menu with lots of great options! I love the sushi burritos and specialty rolls, the Naruto rolls are a great option if you’re cutting down on carbs as they’re wrapped in cucumber instead of rice.

Absolutely horrible customer service STAFF IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TALKS TO YOU LIKE YOUR STUPID AND DONT SPEAK English called because I ordered my fiancé the bento steak box and they gave me a hibachi steak box was talking to me like I don’t speak English and I’m stupid and didn’t want to just give us the missing food or refund us acted like I was an idiot will not be returning and disputing card charge DO NOT APPRECIATE HOW I WAS TREATED and now they won’t refund me after giving me the wrong goods
