First and foremost, sorry friendly owners! I had the cheeseburger, fries, and mozzarella sticks. Everything was super fresh, hot, and incredibly tasty! The owner came out to let me try a hot wing and damn, it was fire! I'm ordering more to take to my super bowl party right now!

Was already here for an event and decided to come in and place an order. The lady nicely asked if she could help me and I did have a couple questions which she was polite about answering. I saw the "veggie salad" on the menu so I asked what all came in it. Long story short, they didn't have the ingredients to make the salad at the moment so I let it go and asked if they had any "veggie burgers" and they didn't have any of those either. I say okay let me just get a perch sandwich. I asked what type of tea (which was also on the menu) they had, and they didn't have any tea at the moment either. Just water or pop pretty much. So that's three things on an already-small menu that they didn't have and it was still 2 whole hours before they closed.. So anyway I ordered the Perch Sandwich and a water bottle. She said it'd be 15mins. 10-12mins later the chef is talking about he got a whiting fish sandwich ready.. and a chicken sandwich. It was apparent that my perch never got started and I could tell that that caused tension between the lady at the register and the chef. So I just said well if the whiting is ready I'll just take that because I was starving and did that want to wait another 15mins for some perch.. I ask for a cup of mild sauce and hot sauce and he STILL was gonna charge me extra for a small, half-filled cup of sauce.. I sat down to eat and I was not very impressed by the quality of the food. It was okay but I don't think I would purchase it again. The whole time, I could see/hear the tension between the lady at the register and the chef due to their lack of good communication. I think this establishment does have a lot of potential but the workers do need better communication and actually have the items on their menu. Also, if a mistake was made, maybe don't be petty and charge for a small cup of sauce to go with the food they just purchased from you all, and DIDN'T even get the right order.

Wholesome spot. Great food. Even better price. Definitely will be back for more soon!

I haven't written a review in forever but man... I had to for this place. The fried shrimp was so damn good I don't think I left a crumb. Homemade sauces were great, especially the buffalo! Going back for some catfish next! Update: catfish was amazing too!

Great value ten bucks all in for a sandwich and chips. Dining area is small but clean. If I lived in the area could be a regular takeout place.
