I've been coming here for 5 years, the coffee is always fantastic. I hadn't been here in a while and came in and noticed new staff. There's been a dark haired woman that is not friendly coming through the drive through each time ive come there. Figured ok whatever, I'm here for the great coffee anyways. I had my daughter with me and she had cash, I had card so we asked to do two separate orders. The woman was unfriendly right off the bat and said "no we can't, it's Saturday." I'm thinking ok and? I said "we both want coffee, we can conduct two transactions?" She said "No, it's policy." Keep in mind, I was nice and appropriate throughout this whole interaction. I pull up to the window extremely bummed I couldn't get the coffee I really wanted and she comes to the window and I told her (again, calm and appropriate) that I was really looking forward to getting a coffee here today. She's short, won't look at me and says "it's Saturday, it's policy, it's too busy." I said "It takes to long to run my card?" She completely ignored me, so I ask again. Same reply over and over. Xtreme bean, those 3 cars behind me would have waited for your barista to run my card and take my cash and not cared. Big chain coffee companies do this every single time I've come through. Everyone in line would of waited for the two seconds it takes to run a card and get a tip. But overall, just how calloused and dismissive she is every time I've gone there. I get barista's get treated bad every day, but I'M NOT ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE. I support great businesses and love the coffee, but that was just ridiculous.
