5 star food. 15% hidden service fee!!! COME ON! These hidden service fees are out of control. Just increase your prices don’t trick the customer at the end of the meal! What a slap in the face. The food is always delicious though. Their churros are the best ever. The Mexican hot chocolate is amazing. The tlayudas are so SO good! This place is a real gem! Here and downstairs at Bar Sotano the happy hour is also wonderful. Great $8 drinks and a good selection of delicious small plates & oysters. Seriously, you can’t go wrong here.

The manager and servers are genuinely some of the nicest people I've ever met. We wanted to dine-in but forgot to make a reservation. Despite this, the staff accomodated us to the best that they could and were very sincere and apologetic. The food was amazing and is definitely worth the hype, and the churro spicy chicken sandwich is absolutely worth it. A must-try restaurant if it's your first time in Chicago!

La comida un poco insípida, te cobran la propina por adelantado sin posibilidad de poner el importe en base a la calidad del servicio. No volveré por este motivo. La propina no se cobra, se gana, si el servicio no es bueno, la propina no será buena y si el servicio es excelente la propina será generosa.

Convenient location, prompt service and tasty food. Had the horchata and spicy chicken churro sandwich. The sandwich had a perfect mix of spicy, sweet, and savory. It was quite messy to handle, but for the flavor it delivered it was worth the hassle!
