XO Bistro + Bar

XO Bistro Downtown is an amazing fusion Vietnamese experience. All of their dishes are very creatively done and extremely tasty. You'll recognize many of the favorites you traditionally get at Vietnamese restaurants including the soups and rice/vermicelli dishes. Except they add that extra flair and the dishes are fresh and inventive. The space is very gorgeous with a stunning bar and their trademark giant pink tree overhanging the space. The service is very good as well. 5 x

This restaurant needs to care more about their cleanliness and food safety. Have ordered twice from the downtown location and the pho was admittedly delicious. However I was very sick for the next week running to the bathroom. I looked up their ahs reports (public accessible fyi) and can understand why I got sick. The service was very prompt, the waitress was more than polite. Wonderful spot. Would suggest for casual drinks and delicious food.

First and foremost Cindy was a delight. She was kind, prompt and personable. A great couple of recommendations too! I had the pork spring rolls which were very good. Crunky and delicious. I also had Asahi on draft which is an underrated beer on tap so crisp and refreshing with no bitterness at all. The hallmark for me was a Cindy recommendation, the Pho Beef dip. You know exactly what the tastes like in your head, but you just aren't ready for it too be THAT good. You get a stellar helping of delicious sliced beer on a soft bun but the Ox tail pho dip is just so gosh darn good. Holy smokes!! This was such a a win. The fries were very good, but the Sriracha mayo was amazing, I would put that on anything! Yum yum yum. Cool vibe inside, and absolutely worth your visit.
