Xixón Spanish Restaurant

Con relación a la comida no se corresponde calidad precio, decepcionante, pedí salmón con puré de papa. El salmón era una muestra, puré de papa frío e insípido , salimos muy disgustado con relación a lo anteriormente. El show muy bueno así como la atención del camarero El lugar y ambiente muy bueno

If you’re thinking of going on a Saturday night to see the show and have a nice dinner, please don’t. To start with, when we got there they said our reservation was on the list but they hadn’t “assigned” a table to it so we didn’t have a table. We waited about a half hour for them to squeeze one in between two other tables where we had barely any space to move let alone get up if we needed to. They need a system other than circles drawn on the back of a piece of paper to represent tables. Then maybe these kind of mistakes wouldn’t happen. Secondly, our server was MIA most of the time. Waters were not refilled, drink orders weren’t taken until about 20 minutes after we sat down and if you needed anything from him, good luck because he would look away. We were seated on the patio and the table next to us had a man that did not stop smoking cigarettes and then later moved on to cigars. He was blowing all the smoke to our table while we were eating. Worst of all, when talking to management about this, they said nothing could be done except they would give us a dessert for our troubles. I understand smoking at a bar, but at a restaurant where you are quite literally rubbing shoulders with the table next to you? UNACCEPTABLE. Oh and remember that dessert they were going to provide? it was quite literally a pup cup, a little container with a mountain of whipped cream. To top it off, our table ordered ONE of the paellas and it took about an hour to come out. When it finally did, it was cold and dry. We also brought this to their attention and the answer was simply “sorry”. I won’t even mention the rest of the food we ordered because it’s not worth it, everything was meh. I can understand a busy restaurant on a weekend night, but as an establishment that does this kind of thing every Saturday night, they should 100000% plan AND staff accordingly. We went to celebrate a birthday and it could not have been more of a disaster. This was a horrendous experience and I hope they do better. 0/10 would not recommend. Go to Bulla instead.
