I Love Frankie's, Worcester's Best Pizza

Just had my first and last pizza! This is the worst burnt mess I’ve ever seen! The entire bottom of the crust was black- very disappointing. Don’t waste your time or money !!

Always amazing and delicious! A take out safe food in my house. My autistic son loves the pepperoni grandmas pie and the tiramisu!!!! Best pizza in Worcester!

Pizza was decent but not worth the time. Ordered one pizza at open (11am) for pickup, it wasn't available until almost 12:40. Not sure how that happens

Last time my pizza was severely burnt and I didn't complain this time. I Ordered through Chow now app. Put in a tip and everything and my address. I guess I accidentally hit pick up. I'm disabled legally blind, unable to pick it up and they refused my refund. The pictures showed that I called the app right away to try to fix this. They told me they called Frankie's and they're refusing a refund. I don't have enough money on the card to cancel it and reorder it because they hold the money until they refund it. Some cards take up to 3 days. I call them and they just said it was my fault and refused to help us. We tried calling them through the other app. They never answered. I don't know what's going on. Supposed to be all about the neighborhood but screwed us over on $14 when we don't even have that. So when we do order food out and we choose them to not just give us the refund when there's proof we try to reach out as soon as we realize the mess The app we ordered through kept us on the phone for 30 minutes. We tried going through their text thing. It said to call the company on the app. We hit the button. No one ever answered. We called the restaurant through Google and finally got through and they're telling us we never got a call and being rude saying we can't have a refund after we try getting a hold of Chow now right after the order 12:39 1244 is the time we tried getting a hold through the app. No one answered the phone

Best pizza ever! Only place that is the closest to nyc style. No other place in Worcester beats this location. Found this place on tiktok and it’s worth it.
