How you do not answer the phone
Horrible customer service. They never answered their phone. Never know if someone is driving long distance. This is just unacceptable. At this point I guess I have to find somewhere else to enjoy my barbecue.
The BBQ is decent. The ribs can be a little mushy at times but still edible. The sides are nothing special that come with the meal and they don't allow you to upgrade to the better sides even if you pay extra. The customer service here leaves a LOT to be desired. That is not a knock on the staff they are pleasant and friendly and do their jobs the best that they can it's the rules that management has in place that make me feel like they don't give a damn about me as a customer. It seems every time I go there I am told I can't have something I can't do something it is no way to run a business. I can't upgrade my sides. So if I want Mac n cheese and yams I have to buy everything ala carte. If I call my order in and I go to pick it up I cannot add or change my order in any way. So if I order my food but decide I want an extra side or whatever I can't order it! That is maddening it's not like I am asking them to prepare something special just add a side or whatever and charge me for it. They used to take cards now they only take cash and they don't have a cash machine there. They are making it more and more difficult to get average food. If Brothers had not closed down I wouldn't bother going.
I had the BBQ chicken sandwich with fries was delicious.
Customer service was good . Food was terrible. Saw TikTok reviews so decided to come . Sauce was sour no meat on ribs . The sliced beef was ok but nothing to write home about. Tossed our plates and went to McDonalds. And they do cash only . Potato salad and baked beans were pretty good tho
I waited 50 mins to receive my order after noticing my number being skipped over 13 times. I informed the young lady 3 times that my order had been skipped over. She repeatedly said it's being fixed. I'm usually understanding, but she had a nonchalant attitude. I finely asked for a refund, and she stated again that my order was being worked on. At this point, they were at #99, and I was #86. After 55 mins of waiting, I asked for extra sauce on the side, and she said $1.50. At least give the sauce as a courtesy after forgetting to make my meal. Horrible customer service, I drove all the way from the valley for this. Highly disappointed.
