Ordered curbside/to go. Tried for 10 minutes to get someone to answer the phone. Finally called the hostess station. She excused the wait with "we are busy" hmmm a restaurant, at lunch time? Aren't you thankful that you are busy and wouldn't it be nice if it stayed that way? Should provide better customer service, as I will not go back. Food was cold (of course it was, it sat there much longer than it should have). And the blue cheese dressing provided for one salad was spoiled! Seriously disgusting. Would not suggest this Wood Ranch location. The one in the Thousand Oaks mall is outstanding!!
