Wolf's Ridge Brewing

Every pour is love in a glass. The Staff is on point,professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. They are also very busy. Yet had time to engage and inform. I commented, "I love this place" to my wife and the staff replied, "And we love you." Yes, that levels of awareness and attention. Not to mention the fish and chips will melt in your mouth and you will fight your momma over them.

Elevated pub food. Great beer in a great spot.

Went to Wolf's ridge last night before a concert. First time there. The food was tasty, but the portion sizes are super small if you're a hungry. The duck breast was delicious it was a pretty good portion size. Enough to fill you up but no need to take anything home. The mahi-mahi was just okay, and I was still really hungry after I killed the plate. It was really only about an ounce to an ounce and a half of fish among the grits. I always enjoy Wolf's ridge beer, and especially the daybreak. But I have to say that their take on a margarita is fantastic! Probably one of the most unusual and best tasting margaritas I've had in a long time, Even down to the way they serve it down with a big hand cut his ice rock like you're getting a scotch. Seriously a great cocktail!

If you like creative stouts, this is your destination. If you like an experience to pair a top brew with a themed menu, this is the only place I’d recommend. Each month’s theme menu will have a selected in-house brew with each course of the meal. A destination!

Waited almost an hour for two beers in the taproom. It did not seem to be that busy.

No Burgers guaranteed to be on the menu even if they are on the pictures here (same for fries or other items). Their menu changes. Terrible dippings for the pretzel. Amazing Chicken Thigh Confit on potatoes. Portions could be bigger but it is expected for the class of restaurant it is. No Coke or Pepsi products just FYI but they do carry Boylan Bottling products.

Sat at in the dining room section and had a "pick 5" beer flight of a selection of their house-made beers. Their IPAs are good and if you hear "coffee and vanilla cream ale" and it activates neurons in your brain then their Daybreak is top tier in that regard. Not my cup of tea but it's very well done. I'd say their Taproom which is the other section of their bar is worth checking out if you're a beer affectionado/hipster. Food was mediocre.
