Wok by The Beach

The food is great but they take a very very long time to serve. I have eaten at this restaurant various times and everytime this one server serves us I have such a horrible experience. I had her again today but the receipt only says AM Server 100 A. She forgets everything and always has an attitude when asked for something. You can say thank you until your blue in the face but she will not say your welcome or acknowledge your thanks. But when giving the bill she is all of a sudden super nice. Hopefully the manager to bring this to her attention.

We went on a Monday so it wasn’t crowded but the food was amazing! I had the red dragon roll and salmon poke bowl, both fantastic!

Super tasty and fresh sushi! And their lunch specials are a great deal - we shared a bento box with sashimi, a small roll, salad, and some fried dumplings. Very filling and decently priced for a touristy area. And the interior was eclectic but super fun and our server was great! Definitely recommend.

It was delicious when I went a couple weeks ago with my 4 year old daughter and my husband. We all loved it! I'm sure my son would have too but he's only 3 months old lol I'll have to go back when he's older so he can try it too! I'm not local which is probably a good thing cuz I would be going broke from going here all the time haha

First time here and I absolutely love it the Volcano Krab roll is delicious and their customer service is great.

Did not expect it to be this amazing. I only say this because this area tends to be more bar type food. Place is cute and stylish. Staff is great. Food is fabulous in presentation and flavor. Everything was distinctively full of flavor. Did not taste like it was mass produced or rushed.

Had a truly appalling experience at Wok By The Beach. Here's the short version -- you have to place your order by phone/computer so we did. We were charged and got a digital confirmation and were told that our order would take 50 minutes and given the time to show up. Once I arrived, they were clearly super busy, because it took about ten minutes of standing in the front to even get someone's attention to give us our food. Finally, a polite woman named Lina said she would help us (and her being so polite amidst an insane kitchen is the *only* reason they are getting a "one star" review and not "negative ten stars"). So Lina walks me over to where the "orders to go" are being assembled and -- to make a long story short -- they haven't even put our order into the system yet. It has been billed, we have been notified, but the paper ticker with the order never made it to the kitchen. So we are told that it will take another 40 minutes to make our food. And that we should come back in 40 minutes. And that we will get 50% of the cost taken off of our order for all of the waiting and -- frankly, for their ignoring us and other customers too. And then I come back in 40 minutes, and eventually we did get our food. And they never took 50% off of the bill. The food is perfectly good, but I wouldn't do business with these people. I tried to get the attention of the manager when I was there but he wouldn't even look up from his insane kitchen to try and figure out what was going on. Bad. Don't do it.

I'm a local! Absolutely love this place, favorite sushi spot. Delicious food and great prices, very big sushi rolls, SO nice for being in this plaza! Hidden gem, quiet chill spot with great wine too. Enjoy some sushi and wine and go for a beach walk! Love it here
