Got charge $14.25 for this soup. When I ordered, the lady never told me they didn’t have chicken rice soup and just said ok. She said $19.50 on the phone which I might have misheard her for $9.50 which sounded about right for chicken soup and a side of rice because it was really loud. When the ordered was picked up by someone else, that’s when I found out the cost of this soup. I called back and a different lady answered and I asked how much the cost was for chicken rice soup and she said they didn’t have that on the menu but they charge a chicken noodle soup price which is $10 and take out the noodles and add rice which is extra $4.25?? But the other lady never explained that and charged $14.25 which is ridiculous for this soup. If I had known the pricing of the first lady explained the break down, I would not have ordered it and their customer service is very rude. Don’t expect them to fix things if they get it wrong. Will not be ordering from here again. The soup is super bland too.
