Customer service is bad food is good

I love the food but the customer service from some of the staff isn’t good. Playing explicit music while customers are in the restaurant, talking on the phone or listening to music with both air pods in while a customer is trying to fix a problem or ask a question or making an order and the customer has to repeat the order or texting while taking an order. If you don’t know how to talk while chewing gum You need to take it out until you are finished with the customer. Using inappropriate language with their coworkers or friends while customers are in the restaurant. And never can reach a manager when a problem develops.

They answered the phone on a Friday night and let me know that they had the cauliflower wings which was awesome because I had already been to 1 that refused to answer there phone and I called Hudson and they stated they didn’t carry them there. So after calling the place the guys here were very friendly and helpful. Thanks

Customer Service is TERRIBLE!!! I had an issue with my order and I ask the speak with a manager. There were three young men working the front counter and told me the manager; Norman was not in. They had to text him and the response I was given was ‘There is nothing he can do about that’. Manager who doesn’t take the time out to hear a customer’s complaint.

WnB is awful at communication. I will not be ordering from them for a long time! I ordered sweet potato fries with my 6 wings. But instead of calling to let me know they had no more, they just allowed the doordasher to bring my food to me with no fries. So I called and asked where my fries were, they told me they did not have anymore. It would have been nice to get a call before they closed at 7:30pm!!!

Worst Philly I’ve ever tasted IN MY LIFE!!! Limited drinks and Fries rice was actually decent. Overall 2 out of 10

Showed up at 8:35, no one at the counter and the guy in the back didnt even acknowledge me. Finally 5 min later a girl comes in and says they are closed although the door says 9 and the open sign is still on.

Just left this location. Not returning! I couldn't understand the young lady, Payton, since she wouldn't speak up. I wasn't greeted when i came in. She never stood up when taking my order. I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. I'm not asking for treatment as if I'm the only one in the store, BUT I WAS!!

I gave this place 3 stars bc the food just had a weird taste. I got the angus cheesesteak & fries. I ordered online and it was done in a decent time.
