Everything is delicious and the staff is always super nice!

Requested non dairy milk but was told it wouldn't foam. Anyplace else I go makes it for me- it just takes an extra minute...

Don’t waste your time horrible customer service and burnt food.

Just ordered coffee on Uber eats, which took 1.5 hours (place is 10 min away. I ordered the matcha latte and it’s probably the worst drink I’ve ever had. It literally feels like they just warmed up milk and added some matcha powder. SMH. Don’t recommend and def not coming back.

Cute, trendy coffee shop nestled in the corner of a train station, but for me it's a hidden gem. I had an almond milk cappuccino and croissant. The cappuccino was robust and the croissant was absolutely delicious. Vegetarian options: They have milk alternatives such as macadamia, almond, and oatmilk.

I came into Wired after trying many other coffee and breakfast places, and not being fully satisfied with the experience. What I found in Wired is so much more than just a coffee shop. The sandwiches are some of the best I've had. Work takes me all throughout the five boroughs, but the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches here are without a doubt the best. The drinks are great with the baristas taking the time to ask you how it is and if you'd like any adjustments. All of the staff is friendly, professional, and skilled in their work. The atmosphere is great. The store really has a personality of it's own and the lighting coming in through the window is great for sitting down to write or read while enjoying delicious drinks and food. I cannot recommend this place enough as my favorite stop for both breakfast and lunch

Spoke to a disrespectful female on the phone this morning, hung up the phone on me multiple times when I was just trying to clarify my incorrect order. Coffee isn’t worth it. No apology just blatant disrespect and aggression on the phone. The “barista” said she made the order then when I spoke to the “owner” he said he was the one who made the coffee. No accountability or apologies, just a dishonest business.

Great coffee & food! Beautiful cute space with great cafe vibes. I saw a latte flavor that was from an old menu probably & went in with getting that specific latte on my mind. However they don’t sell that anymore but the barista was kind enough to somehow make up that concoction for me. My latte was amazing. The service was amazing. I also got an egg and cheese on a croissant & it was also probably the best egg & cheese croissant I’ve had.. great place, service, and product.
