My wife and I enjoy going out to dinner for one or two glasses of wine and a few snacks before having coffee and going back home for separate late night work sessions for our respective jobs. We only had oysters, bread, and dip without trying any of the main dishes but those were so delicious and perfect Winona will definitely be added to the list for future dinner dates with friends and family. Ive heard it said before but it really is true. The best restaurants are in Brooklyn not the city.
Have been here a couple times for brunch + each time has been nice. It's very cute. Food is good. Staff are nice + attentive. Have to drop in for dinner sometime.
The service here is excellent - staff was very accommodating. The food is also great!
So, we got the radish cake, crudo, lamb, and oysters. Overall experience was good, some of the flavors in the dishes just didnt shine through as much as we would have liked. It felt like, i was craving a little bit more or an acid or citrusy kinda taste to bring it all together. Specifically in the crudo, which there was some but not enough for the entire dish. The wines they offered paired well with the menu. Service was great atmosphere was awesome.
Amazing dinner from start to finish. Didn’t try the cocktails because of “dry January” but they sound excellent. $16 is a little crazy though. Lol. Had 4 dishes and 2 desserts, hard to choose my favorite. Must try the fried mushroom and crudo. Some of the dishes could use a bit more acid. A lot of the dishes used vinegar but more citrus flavors would be appreciated but that’s my personal taste. The “donuts” were pillowy soft and so satisfying. Bring your appetite and enjoy as many dishes as you can. New favorite in the neighborhood!
Excellent dîner. Cadre sympa. Vue sur la cuisine. Service au top.
The food was pretty mid. There’s plenty of others around that are better like Winner or Cervos. The chicken was over salted. Like someone just won the salt lottery and decided to over salt the chicken. Also it gave us very smelly farts.
