Service way too long for mediocre service
Place was packed so I had high expectations but food was just average. Drink machine was out of half of the options so that was also annoying. We were told that our order was almost ready just waiting on the fries but the fries tasted like they were old and had been sitting. Expected more for the price and busi-ness.
I love wingstop but sometimes they messed up my order. Instead of 10 boneless wings parmessan they gave me plain boneless wings. I also didn’t recieve my 2 ranch that I ordered from Uber eats. The fries came was soggy already. Disappointed.
I order at 3:30 didn’t get my food till 4:45, it was the wrong order and they lady act like it’s my fault attitude in all.
Put in an online order, had my wife pick it up. She got home and we open the bag to find out they didn’t even put our chicken wings in the bag. Not a huge deal except we live 40 minutes away. It took me around 15 minutes of trying to call the store before somebody picked up and immediately put me on hold. After 20 minutes of being on hold I am hung up on. Currently sitting at 26 attempts to call the store back. Garbage customer service. Y'all need to figure this out.
Sat for 40 min to be told to leave, no refund
Such a long wait even when ordering ahead. Always out of napkins, spoons forks, salt packets. Place is dirty. Men’s restroom never has paper towels to dry hands. Only good thing here are the wing flavors.
The lady at the register had an attitude, kept giving me and my girl looks just because SHE messed up our order… clean your ears so this doesn’t happen to anyone else lady… manager is nice tho she made sure i got my refund and fixed my order. Waited for the food for almost an hour just to be let down.. the food was horrible and wasn’t what i was expecting.. Drove an hour/15 mins.. don’t waste ur time and money coming here
