34 minutes for 8 subpar wings should be criminal damage
Called because my boyfriend was just in the hospital due to a potential mango allergy. The male employee on the phone asked me a very rude personal question and when I asked him to answer mine he hung up on me.
Good wings, but the orders are always way behind when I order online. If you order on a busy night, add 20 or 30 minutes to whatever the estimated time says.
Longer wait than most places... But consistent every time.
Wow! The lady running the store is very rude! She should get a different job if she doesn't like customers.
Ordered food and there's like five employees there and it took an hour to even get out food!!!!! Why did it take so long???!!!
I had an awful experience at this location with a worker who took my order and I did the wingstop survey about it. Jojo the General manager called me a couple days later and apologized for her employees actions and she offered me a free meal. She was amazing and she fixed the problem! She assured me that she talked to her employee and she kept apologizing and was very amazing and sweet :) I do love the Campbell location and I always get my order the exact way I like it. So thanks to jojo for fixing the problem she is an amazing manager! ☺️
