This place is so unprofessional. My wife came in with me this time because they always burn and re drop our fries. This time my wife watched them through the glass as our food was prepared. First it said our food would be ready for pick up in 23 minutes we waited 50 and had to go ask our name wasn’t called. Our online order asked for extra fry seasoning and when we got them with 0 seasoning we sent them back. A overweight AA woman with red dreadlocks through the glass window looked back at my wife rolled her eyes mouthed off something and shook her head. If y’all did it right the first time we wouldn’t have to send it back! Give people what they ask for this is the worst location and the only one we have issues with also I’m pretty sure frozen fries should not be cooked with already cooked fries which is what we witness the tall bald guy do. Someone need to call the health department…we’ve finally learned our lesson and won’t be back here.

If i could give this establishment half of a star, I would! I tried to order all flats but the cashier said they couldn’t do all flats on the weekends on a 10 piece order. I ordered extra lemon pepper seasoning, they didn’t grant that. Usually on an order they would divide flats and drums by how many pieces you order… I got EIGHT drums, TWO flats AND they were extra crispy and i did not order that. I don’t recommend this location on blackstock rd.

Your workers are incompetent!! I made a online order at 930 this morning for pickup at 130 pm. My husband gets there at 130 as scheduled and he tells my husband the order not there after giving my name and order number he says it's not here and we picked the wrong location it's in Duncan. I send my screenshot from the order and all of a sudden he finds the order. Hire some better educated workers who knows what they doing Jesus christ!!! My husband ran late to work behind this because he had to wait for it to be made!!!!!

Ordered wings and instead they just cut up chicken fingers and tried to pass it off as wings. That plus the food was cold was a huge let down. Was here once before and loved it but now I am not sure if I'll be back

The bone in man make some phenom chicken. It was so juice y and crispy and so flavorful and the chicken was just fall off the bone. 10/10 would recommend

My overall experience was a nightmare to put as generous as possible. Walking in I received no greeting which is the usual, the cashiers are looking around or down at something not being attentive at all. Once it came to getting my order taken I felt very rushed and unwelcomed I understand it’s a fast food job but I just want to eat. My food took at least 45 min + which again is the usual so I’m not trippin. I walk past the glass wall to get to the bathroom and I see how unhygienic the cooks are and they was throwing food. Once I made my way to the bathroom I saw a disturbing amount of pee on the floor. After seeing that it was my last straw. I had to get my food and go. Unfortunately one I got home my fries were burnt and I was missing five wings. I have never left an establishment that made me feel empty inside after purchasing from them cause that was a waste of money.

Great food ,great service just needs a bigger parking area.

If you want to wait an hour and get home with the wrong food this is definitely your place to eat. Place was dirty, cashiers don't pay attention and look around while trying to take your order. Cooks are in the back dancing and messing around while preparing food. Thank goodness no hair was in the food since none of the cooks had hair nets or anything over facial hair.
