The food is good and they have a good selection of sauces. The drawback is that it takes a long time to get your food. This isn't fast food. It's made fresh. It took over 20 minutes after we ordered to get two chicken sandwiches and 15 boneless wings.

Update: Sometimes when you order from here, it is very hectic and the place is unclean. You might not even get the drink or side sauce you ordered. Overall, I really like this place, but there's obvious scheduling issues at times. I normally don't go to Wing Stop because wings aren't my favorite, especially not for $1.50 each. But I saw an ad for their new chicken sandwich and went for it. Very good! Atomic spice is hot and flavourful, not just agonizingly spicy like some are. Also got the thigh bites, which were good, too. At $8 a combo, both were great values. The fries were huge piles. I will be back for the sandwich for sure. Keep in mind this isn't fast food. It might take the crew 10-15 minutes to make it, and that's fine.

If fat boy got off his phone and looked at the orders would hav e been nice.

Service is awful. Homeboy looking guy at the counter looked like he hates working there and has bad attitude. Had to tell him several times the name on the order and then wanted to charge me extra for sauces that can't be selected on the website. Never had any problems swapping out the Ranch for Mild. Never going back.

Amazing I got some great customer service

What is the point of ordering flavors if everything is going to taste sour and unedible....horrible to eat for anyone. How can one make it so bad that you have to trash all of it. Whoever made it needs to think that people want to actually eat it.Please quit....
