Every time I go the workers got stank attitudes. For some reason they don’t tell me when my orders done they let it sit behind the counter for 10+minutes. Expecting me to magically know when that it’s done like how?
Currently pending investigation but by the look of previews reviews… I may wait for a long time. All reviews show that the staff has a history of making mistakes from undercooked wings to missing portion order to closing prematurely. I ordered for carry out and missed 10 of my 20 wings. “ Devin “ told me he is a manager but had to converse with their morning manager ?? and now the owner has to look into it.. I understand Devin for taking the side of his staff but telling me “he believes it when his staff said they put everything in “ is a bit excessive. Letting me know the owner will look at the cameras and they will get back to me when they can… I can’t even get the name of the manager looking into it … feels like malpractice. Waiting business days to get a $20 refund is malpractice. This owner supposedly owns a few of the wing stops in the area. Clearly they have an issue of letting money go because I can’t think of any business that goes through this much trouble AND has as many testaments to stinginess as this. UPDATE TO COME.
Beware!! I placed an order online. Food was left outside my apartment building on the street. Called to speak with management and was told that’s not their problem because they use a third party to deliver their food. Still waiting for a call from management. “Devin” stated he is the manager but customer service skills are lacking so I doubt it.
Food isn't as well cooked anymore, multiple pieces are so overcooked you just spit it out from being unable to chew. Also. NEVER order online. I got multiple pending charges that dropped me over 100 dollars in my account until they went away.
Have had wings at this location multiple times with no issues, however our last order (delivery) my husband and I got food poisoning. I reached out directly to management to let them know and get a refund for the order, but they didn’t seem to care, questioned if we went to the doctor to confirm our symptoms, and was issued a $10 gift card rather than a refund. Since I work in the food industry, I found this response offensive since I know very well what food poisoning looks like and am 100% positive it came from the wings at this location. Complete lack of customer service and disregard for the health of their patrons.
