Idk why every wingstop location sucks. Believe the reviews. My biggest concern is ordering online or on the phone, they say it’s ready and when I arrive I still have to wait an hour. Also this last order the chicken tasted stinky. Definitely not coming back after that
I placed an order online for $50 when I arrived to pick it up I was told it was a 2 hour wait when online it says it was ready for pick up first that’s false information and second 2 hour wait is ridiculous. Online the only option to cancel was to call the store so I called and after a long wait on hold I asked the manager to cancel my order and give me a refund she told me she couldn’t cancel or issue any refunds that she had no authority to do so, then hung up on me. This is very rude and unprofessional if they couldn’t handle making food in a timely manner they shouldn’t take orders.
its states they are open till 12 but its 7:51 and the doors are locked. i saw a worker lock the door and leave. They also only accept cash. Its 2024, where they do that at???

There are other Wingstop restaurants in the area. Avoid this one at all costs. You have to ask their employees to do their jobs and the restrooms were closed.
Exesive wate time. Understaffed. No one attending to costumers at register
Poor service. Waiting for 5 minutes, was not even acknowledged.
