Jennara was super helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure we got our order in a timely manner even when it was incredibly busy inside. She even took the time to double check everything was in the bag.

This place is absolutely disgusting. My food smells like old fryer oil. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 10+ years, I know what old and dirty oil smells like.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Last Friday, I came in looking to dine in with some friends. The person who was taking the order was a young girl. Literally a kid and had the audacity to tell people that were waiting that they weren’t taking anymore orders. Never seen anything like it.

This location has nothing but little kids here. Even the shift leader is a little kid they need a manager on duty everyone was talking and having a good time too many people on the clock and not enough workers working they can start off by getting some bleach and hot water and scrubbing the front entrance of the doors down, wiping those windows, and cleaning the bathroom making sure you smell the clean when u get in. So on to the problem with my order I ordered lemon pepper chicken didn't get any lemon pepper called to speak to a manager the shift leader said she left I asked what is her name 5 minutes passed and still didn't get the managers name so I just said forget it and hung up. Nowadays I'm just not loving the customer service restaurants are giving out these days with prices so high and businesses are closing employees need to know we are your boss and they need to be more humble.

Employees was very rude not helpful doing disrespectful behavior and not given food on time have waiting time 1/2 hours they keep telling you 5/10 minutes and they will give your order in 1 hours lots of people’s have complained about this 0 star and not recommended anyone They have to get more good employees so client can get food on time

how this place is still open i have no idea. theyre always making the wrong order. past 2 times i ordered, last time a family memeber ordered, and another time a friend ordered. its obvious they dont care about making the right food and managment doesnt care either since these kids are still working here.

Chicken was dry. Not one wing, all drums. Fries were cold. 20 minutes longer than said it would take to be ready. Atmosphere inside store was terrible!!!!! Such horrible music playing and so loud. Very bad food Very bad service Very bad restaurant.
