The person that answered the phone was rude.

Chicken sandwich was not edible. Raised the issue to the cashier but she totally ignored. You can easily get food poisoning from the raw hard chicken. Never again!

It’s new and clean. Not the normal vibe from wingstop. The cashier was nice and even helped me double check for the sauces and to make sure the food was right. I wouldn’t really knock off any stars for this. I had my order to be ready for pick up at 4:15 and didn’t get it till 4:20. Other than that food was great.

My first time going to this location today. Everything was fine until I walked in. I had to say hello 3 times before I was greeted (not a big deal) but Crystal, the cashier was CLEANING HER TATTOO right at the registers. That’s very disgusting. I tried to overlook that but as my back was turned while getting my drink I heard her sneeze. I’m not even sure if she covered her face while sneezing. (Check the cameras around 9:26 pm) But when I addressed it she had an attitude. I work in this area and I will definitely let my coworkers know to be careful eating from this place.

I have never been one to write any reviews good or bad. No matter how bad, this is my first review because of how ridiculous this experience was. My partner placed an order 40 minutes ago, we have been the only ones in the entire establishment the entire time. They have somehow managed to give us the wrong order twice and asked for his name twice because they keep forgetting. At this point we don’t even want the food let alone come back to this location ever again. We came with excitement about this new location and are extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Great new Wingstop location! They were very busy, but still very attentive to all customers and had our food ready at the promised time. We had a fairly complicated order with a mix of sauces per wing basket, and everything was accurate and tasted delicious.
