The staff were professional, polite, very good at explaining the menu. I will be going there again. Fyi this was my first time.

After they said they messed up my order and had to refire it all over again after waiting 20 minutes I got food poisoning after eating the chicken. It's been 2 days now and I've fully recovered from that hell. They only good experience I had was the guy offering me free stuff because they had to refire my order.

They screw orders up constantly and then give you attitude when you try to get it corrected. Look at all the one star reviews on here without any reply from ownership or management. Really shows you how much they care. Terribly run franchise.

And the girl (clerk ) went out and recount and she said only short 1 Every time I order a lot they seems to deliberately cheat me. Every time!!! This Month alone I ordered four times and every time they shorts me. This is ridiculous, I finally have to complained to Manager Marcus and he was kind enough to replaced my missing wings. If you buy a lot of wings here, you must recount, DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Your forced AI ordering system "George" sucks. I tried several times and the system keeps getting the order way wrong. If you don't want to loose business then have a human take the orders.
