Wingstop

Ordered online and left to pick it up 15 mins later. Told the cashier my name and was told that they didn’t start it yet and will start it now. I waited a hour just to find out the order has been finished the whole time and nobody even checked the bag. Wasted my time and got cold food that I had to microwave. This store needs to fire everyone and start over.

Long wait for a small order !

The customer service here is HORRENDOUS. I'm just gonna give the cashier the benefit of the doubt and assume that she had a bad day at work but that is not a reason in ANY shape or form to treat my friend as she did. My friend repeated her order twice and the deal was on the board. How the cashier got her order wrong is beyond me. A BOMBASTIC side-eye and an annoyed manner was not necessary. Please train your employees in their manners. This is not the first time customer service has been the problem. My friend and I love Wingstop but we've decided to stop going because of the terrible customer service. I can see from the other reviews that we're not alone in this. Would not recommend getting food from, choose somewhere else. Sorry not sorry.

I placed a simple online order that was a combo on 1/20/2024 at 1:30pm. I arrived at the location to pick up my order. The site wasn’t busy at all. In fact a group of staff was standing around socializing. There was lots of laughter among them. The store manager even had to address the group so that someone will come over to attend me at the register. I received my order the bag was taped with a secure bag sticker. I left the site trusting that everything was inside. When I arrived home I only had fries in the bag no wings. I immediately called to speak with the manager “Will” he informed me that I should come back today to pick up my wings or and the end if his shift. This is all a waste of my time and energy. Staff should be properly trained to inspect the orders. Especially missing something like wings. Wings are made to order as all of the other items on the menu. it’s just unacceptable. This location should look into hiring mature adults & experienced staff. Zero stars

the employees are terrible

Horrible pick another Wingstop to go too. Horrible service and food. I’ve had great Wingstop and this one isn’t it.
