Wings were great. But 45 minutes wait

It's a Wingstop. Ranch was on point so we're my wings

We just left and I can’t brag enough. The lady taking our order was amazing. Incredible personality. Food was great!

The wing was cook too hard

I love Wingstop and eat it often. However this location on mobile hwy is nothing but pathetic. I ordered my food at 10:15pm and it said order will be ready in 16-21 minutes. I even got there almost 30 minutes after I ordered because I know this location takes longer to get the food out, I was told they were still working on it and waited an additional 15 minutes. It was not busy and there was at least 6 people on shift which looks like plenty bc some people were standing around instead of helping the 1 employee push orders out. The manager of this location must be blind bc the moment you walk in you can tell no one cares about the guests. They purposefully ignore guests. No sense of urgency. No work ethic and slower than slow. And someone get the employees to buy a belt to hold their pants up.
