Slow and unprofessional! Orders are always late by a rediculous amount of time. Only teenagers working so no real work ethic. Never seen a manager. Don't waste your time or money.

The wait was horrible, about an hour. Every person that was after me got their food and I ordered only a MEAL. The average wait time is 15-20 minutes max, this is UNACCEPTABLE. Not to mention, one of the employees were leaving and he said “bunch of fatasses” under his breath. This is extremely disrespectful to customers including myself. I DO NOT WANT MYSELF OR ANYONE ELSE TO GO THROUGH THAT.

I ordered online almost 3 hrs ahead to pick up at 5:45, i get there my order is not ready, not only that i was missing 5 wings and one of the fry orders was with cheese when i ordered 2 lightly seasoned (no cheese), very disappointed wings are expensive and i spent my money for wings I didn’t get.

Staff are clueless. Manager has no clue how to run a store. Refused to hand my food to a delivery driver over some silly thing like the name not being exact. I had to get refunds on 2 orders due to her poor management skills. Poorly trained staff and even worse attitudes.

I had a horrible experience at this location. It took them 40 min to give me my order. They lost my order and then only offered me a drink for the inconvenience. I asked for a discount and they refused. People were coming and leaving and they never kept me updated during my wait time. They have horrible service. The customer service dept has me waiting for more than 20 min.
