Terrible, the automated system to order food is broken. I have given them several chances but nothing good came from it. I found better options

Always great to visit just wish they had the golden bbq again!

Ordered a 20 piece fried extra crispy lemon pepper and Louisiana rub, wasn’t crispy was soft and there was no seasoning on chicken this is the second time with them I’m done with that wingstop.

La música en este lugar está tan alta que tú ni comer puedes verdaderamente deberían de tener un poco de respeto para los clientes que están tratando de comer y ni conversar con tu acompañante puedes es horrible el nivel de volume parece q estás en una discoteca debería de corregir esta situación. Por el bien del cliente que al final Son ellos los consumidores hacen q su negocio progresa y sus empleados ganen un salario

My recent visit to Wingstop was disappointing. Despite ordering online, they were out of several key items, including ranch, fries, and bone-in wings. While the staff was friendly, the wait time for my order was excessive. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Everything about my experience is 1 star I ordered DoorDash 2.22.24 night time when they were about to close I payed for FLATS ONLY. My order comes and there’s nothing but drums. They gave me whatever they had and the wings were bad they were old the fries horrible I clearly asked for light seasoning and they gave me old dry salty fries. you guys are lazy and couldn’t fry new fries much less Flats. If yall didn’t have flats yall could’ve told my door dasher yall were out but instead yall didn’t so clearly there’s nothing but lazy people working at wingstop if yall hate your job just quit. I’ve been trying to get a hold of a manger and I’ve been calling all day today I’ve called over 10 times and yall just pick up and don’t say nothing I can hear you guys breathing on the line. Again if you hate your job so much just leave there’s people looking for jobs and it’s the lazy people that took all the job. Funny because when I’m on “hold” it’s says the staff are busy frying a new fresh batch of wings or fries. Fresh back where? Yall are nothing but lazy people. False advertising and thief’s don’t order DoorDash

I’ve called the phone provided about 10 times, NO answer!! They never answer! Online order didn’t have the boneless option, I was forced to get classic AND pay extra for that when I didn’t want them. You guys suck!

They were extremely busy with orders for the BIG GAME, they were a lil overwhelmed with tons of people, they did pretty good getting orders out, food was all correct and very good. Music was on way too loud. Couldn't hardly hear when they called our names. Price is pretty expensive for wings but what isn't anymore.
