Wingstop

It was my first time ordering from this place and I’m very surprised how low service they have provided. I’ve seen 3-4 Uber guys coming taking out the food while they were customers who came first come first serve before them waiting in the line and my order was never ever delivered. I waited for more than 25-30 minutes and at the end when I asked them where is my order they said they still waiting for fries. Unfortunately I was very upset with the situation and I told if I knew you guys doing it so slow, I would rather order from Uber and the manager was very mad at me and she said do I want to return your money? I said yeah of course because first of all the inside was smelling very bad the smoke from wings and fries so bad the ventilation system is not working at all. I couldn’t stay inside. I had to wait outside. I was never called. I would never ask my phone number so I know when my order is ready which says and shows how unprofessional team there is no manager is controlling the team. The orders are going very slow even tho there are 3 people working inside. The workers are not ready for the volume this location Definitely not supposed to work here and has to be resigned to different owner and corporation of the Wingstop should reconsider and check the entire system is working on Kirkman Road because this is not acceptable, especially for the food, industry and food location because it’s a health of the people health of the society on the Kirkman Road. People were very upset as well who are waiting for the order more than 30 minutes all of them were upset and it’s not only me. Thanks for reading

Disgusting customer service, she looks like she doesn’t care, my food was made and never handed to me, when I ask for it she wants to become a Karen. Please for your safety do not eat from this place. The food are contaminated, place is dirty and disappointed..

CHICKEN WAS RAW…… close this place down man. This is dangerous! My kids ate some of these boneless wings. Do better man.

worst customer service ever, they dont care about the customer, they didnt explain to us the menu, and they said that the lobby was close at 9:30 even when the stores close at 12:00, i never saw something like this… this place need to be run with better people that care about the customers…. they seems like they dont care about nothing.

Very slow customer service, my order was made and pit on the shelf for 10 minutes instead of handed to me

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Came in and stood waiting for 10 min before being told that cashier was on a break by a customer when there was two other workers lollygagging behind counter that could've took order. I never write reviews but had to on this poor messy service. Obviously no manager was present because the young boys that were working all seemed too lax to even care about doing the job assigned. Love the food there but some order needs to be brought asap. Wait, ohhhh here comes the cashier running from out the vape shop next door. Think I'll just go home and eat a soup.
